LI: To learn about the topic, 'being a scientist'


This week for tech the year 7s rotated from food tech to science. Our teacher was Mrs Sharma, we talked to her about what we had learnt in class. Mrs Sharma taught us what the science equipment are used for and what they are called. We all got a new book for our information. My favourite fart of the session was when we got to learn about the equipment.

Duffy Books at school!

Today we received our duffy books! Every term we get chances to pick duffy books. This term i chose two books, the first book is called Star Wars: Jedi Academy, Attack of the Furball. I chose this book because i have read the other books and i want to continue the books. The second book is called, Tom Gates: Spectacular school trip. We get to choose 4 books just in case 2 of them dont come. We'd like to say thank you to duffy for these books!

This week for writing, reading and inquiry we created a timeline of important events in Vincent Van Goghs life. Vincent Van Gogh is famous for painting the 'Starry Night'. His net worth is $1 Million - $5 Million! What would you do with that much money?
