Food Tech | Vegetable Noodles

LI: To make vegetable noodles


This week for food technology we made vege noodles. We got the equipment and ingredients. First we put the water and the noodles in the pot to cook. Then we diced and chopped the vegetables. The vegetables were broccoli, carrots, onion, green beans and garlic. After the noodles were cooked we rinsed the noodles with the colander. We then got the pan and put oil in. We placed the vegetables in the pan and cooked it until it was soft. After that we put the noodles in and mixed it with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and oyster sauce, we also added 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
