The Hydra is a mythological creature that grows heads by duplication every time one is cut off. We were learning about Exponents which is a shorter way of typing/writing 'number' x 'number' as many times as you have to. An exponent looks like a small number to the top right of a normal number. Example '82'. I worked with Karlos to create this DLO that answers a question. The question was, If a hero cuts off the head how many heads does they hydra have on the 3rd and 10th day?
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson and Mrs Fisi'iahi.
