Above is an information poster i designed with Canva to explain what Hauora is. This is one of the challenges for our Hauora follow up slide. The Hauora is a Maori philosophy of health and well-being unique to New Zealand that helps students get prepared for what they will face in life. There are four walls, Taha Tinana, Taha Hinengaro, Taha Whanau and Taha Wairua.
